Appealing to private and business travelers alike

Our hotel is always in the media. Be it because we have something to report, such as new partnerships and special attractions, or because we are the starting point for travel reports about our beautiful city. Just recently, a travel reporter stayed with us to write a whole series of reports and stories. The result is the Stralsund stories. They tell of the city’s many sights, but also of the nightlife and the many events.

In recent years, we have been featured in many media, most recently in the PT Magazine for Business and Society (issue 6/22, see page 74). Yes, we are sometimes critical and want to get involved in issues that affect the hotel industry as a whole. But above all, we are interested in the beautiful things that surround us. The Rheinische Post, the business portal Chefsache24 and the tourism website Reiseratgeber24, among others, have reported on these aspects.

As an owner-managed hotel in a prime location in Stralsund, we appeal to both business and leisure travelers. Both groups have different interests. Some want to experience a lot, culture, events and attractions. The others see Stralsund more as a workation, as a place where all of the above is on offer, including varied gastronomy, but where there is also a good business climate and where there are nice places to meet, work and negotiate. We want to do justice to everyone – and keep everyone well informed.

That’s why we decided to start a blog in May. In addition to brief news about events, sporting events, sights and the history of our Hanseatic city, we also want to tell our own stories and introduce our many partners from the hospitality, tourism and working world. We want to tell our guests more about what awaits them here – written in a profound and attractive way so that everyone can get an idea.

We invite you to visit our website more often. There is a lot to discover and to tell each other. After all, anyone who travels has something to tell.
